We bring the often missing piece of HVAC design consulting to residential construction and renovation. From proper design load calculations, we can tell you how much heat, cooling and ventilation your home really needs. We don’t install the systems, so you can trust that our recommendations are impartial to any incentive other than making your house as comfortable and efficient as possible.

We run blower door and duct leakage testing to make sure all of the air you paid to heat or cool stays inside your home. These tests are required for new construction and significant renovations.
